Skillets began as a food truck with a vision: to bring globally inspired breakfast flavors and time-honored family recipes to Salt Lake City. Today, that vision lives on in our brick-and-mortar space—where breakfast is re-imagined and every dish offers something just a little different.

We’re known for our signature breakfast burritos, but the experience doesn’t stop there. The Tower for Two offers a generous, shareable spread, while our Waffle Fondue delivers a refined, playful twist on a brunch classic.
